Our current processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Please know that this doesn't include shipping time, which will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Processing time + shipping time = when your goodies will arrive. 

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

• Standard shipping via USPS letter mail (FREE)
• USPS Priority Mail
• USPS Express Mail

Upon shipment, you will receive an email that includes shipping and tracking information.

Standard shipping has very limited tracking through a third party, and you'll receive a link to track that as well.

All items we offer are packaged with care.

• Standard shipping for orders under $30 are sent via stamped letter mail.
• Orders over $30 currently ship free in a rigid or bubble mailer and are upgraded at no cost to USPS Ground Advantage, with full tracking

All items are made in studio and ship from Minnesota. The good 'ole Midwest.  Or as I like to call it... North Central United States. 

Since the edges of our laminated stickers aren't technically fully sealed, we hesitate to guarantee stickers to be 100% waterproof, especially when placed on cars.

They can be used on cars, but they will fade and show their wear faster than regular vinyl decals.

Our stickers are made using the following materials:

• Premium adhesive vinyl that is waterproof and provides up to two years of UV resistance outdoors
• Matte and glossy laminate options are designed to be used with the vinyl we use and are also waterproof and UV resistant for up to two years outdoors.
• Holographic laminate provides added durability and water resistance, but no UV protection.

Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we do offer returns.

Our standard policy is to allow up to 30 days for returns.

To initiate a return:

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
• Item must be unused and in original packaging, if applicable
• Upon receipt of the item, a full refund (minus shipping) will be issued if the return is received within 30 days of purchase
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping, please.

We promise to make product returns as easy as possible and ask for your help in getting that process started right away by contacting us. We can work together to ensure a happy outcome on both sides.
